Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ… Jason’s lawyer in New York, bill down, has gone to a New York judge to resolve all child support issues. The reason he’s sticky is that last July both a New York judge and a California judge ruled all CUSTODY problems should be handled in LA

We learn that Beslow went to a New York court on January 4 and asked the judge to take care of all the children. SUPPORT FOR issues, and the judge set a hearing date for February 15.

Sources connected to Jason say he doesn’t want any child support from Olivia. We’re told he’s willing to pay her “a reasonable amount” in child support, either decided by the two of them or by a New York judge.

As for Olivia, we know her lawyer, laura wasserand Olivia’s attorney in New York filed legal papers asking the judge on February 15 to throw out Beslow’s decision to handle child support in New York, so that a judge in Los Angeles can decide all issues involving the children.
