Kanye West has reportedly been named a suspect in a battery investigation after the rapper allegedly snatched a cellphone belonging to a woman and threw it away.

The woman, who has not been identified as a fan or a photographer, filmed the hitmaker from the driver’s seat as she said: ‘You didn’t have to run me over like that.
‘If I say stop, stop with your cameras!’ Kanye continued, before the woman suggested that she was within her rights to film him because she’s a ‘celebrity’.
The response may have angered Kanye, as he allegedly snatched the woman’s cellphone before throwing it into the air.
It is unclear what led to the confrontation.
TMZ reported that he accused the woman of ‘following’ him and has since been named a suspect in an assault investigation.

The outlet further alleged that Ventura County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called and responded to the incident “around 4:30 p.m. and were provided with video evidence of the incident.”
West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, was also in attendance at Friday night’s game when she arrived with sister Khloe Kardashian’s ex, Tristan Thompson.
Kanye’s alleged altercation was said to have taken place near the sports facilities.
