Kelly Clarkson you now have some long-term legal protection against two people who continued to show up at your home uninvited and cause a disturbance.
Clarkson was granted permanent restraining orders Thursday for the next 5 years against Victor Fernandez Y Huguette Nicole Young. Both Young and Fernandez are prohibited from making contact of any kind with Kelly or her children and must remain at least 100 yards away.
TMZ broke the story… Fernandez stopped at Kelly’s house in a semi-truck on Thanksgiving Day, peering over his security gate and saying he was there to see Kelly. She returned home on more than one occasion.
Fernandez not only asked to speak to Kelly, but Clarkson’s security team says she also took photos of a vehicle carrying her children.
TMZ was also the first to report Kelly’s problems with Young, who, according to Kelly’s security, showed up at her house more than 18 times, often leaving gifts and notes. Young kept coming to Clarkson’s home even after a temporary restraining order was issued.
Of course, now it’s the hope that the permanent restraining order works to deter the two from bothering the “American Idol” winner ever again.
