A 33-year-old man died after being stabbed in Des Moines. Police arrested and charged 28-year-old Jason Gene Parker with first-degree murder. Police say there is evidence that Parker stabbed the victim with a knife that was recovered at the crime scene. He was also observed on surveillance video leaving the scene.
