And Simon Cowell continued to show off his radically different facial features on Thursday as he winked at the cameras while enjoying a date night with his fiancée Lauren Silverman at the members’ private club, Annabel’s in London.

In exclusive images, the 63-year-old music mogul is seen sporting an incredibly smooth complexion and enhanced features that could have been the result of cosmetic work.

Simon dressed to impress at his soiree with Lauren, 45, wearing a sleek black blazer with matching trousers and a crisp white unbuttoned shirt.

Meanwhile, Lauren showed off a glimpse of her taut midriff in a cropped black top that she paired with a black and white checkered cropped blazer.

She added a pair of sleek black pants to her look, while adding inches to her height with pointy black heels.

The mother-of-two completed her dinner outfit with black-framed cat-eye glasses, statement gold earrings and a matching necklace.

The couple, who recently revealed that they were going to be spontaneous when it comes to their upcoming wedding, seemed more in love than ever as they walked arm in arm.

Meanwhile, Simon seemed in a particularly good mood when he later went out for a cigarette.

His appearance came shortly after he raised concern from fans with his ‘unrecognizable’ appearance at the Royal Variety Performance, which was filmed on December 2 and aired on ITV later that month.

But as Simon introduced BGT winner Axel Blake, he left viewers distracted by his impossibly smooth face, which may be the result of cosmetic surgery, with one asking, “What has he done to himself?”

The record producer had previously raised concerns about his appearance, and on Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Just saw Simon Cowell on Royal Variety, what has he done to himself?”

While another added: ‘What have you done to your face boy?’ and a third added: ‘Simon Cowell needs to stop getting facelifts!’

Agreeing, a fourth commented: “I went over the top during football half time and it was George Michael’s Simon Cowell commanding Wish onstage.”

Another said: ‘Simon Cowell did a ‘little job’ and more joked: ‘What the hell happened to Simon Cowell?’

He previously raised concern from fans in a promotional video shared on social media early last month.

The TV mogul looked unrecognizable as he sported an incredibly smooth complexion, sparkling white teeth, and enhanced features.

Simon recently revealed that he took his love of Botox too far, with his final treatment leaving him looking like “something out of a horror show.”

According to The Sun, the head of the talent show said he decided to stop when his strange appearance left his eight-year-old son Eric in hysterics.

The former X Factor judge, who shares his son with his partner Lauren Silverman, 44, revealed that he no longer has any fillers in his face as a result.
